Help with Job Status frozen

Hello,

I was working on my Projects the I saved them. But when I opened again I could not find my Projects. They were under the Job Status and It was frozen. It is really important to reach them. Please Help Me!Screeenshot

I am sorry to see that your projects don't appear again. Is it possible that you logged into another account apart from the one which had the projects? If you go to your account in a web browser, do you see them:  https://myhub.autodesk360.com/g/all_projects/my
