This looks like there are some graphical issues going on. In the bottom photo i do not see the viewcube - which we most certainly should see.

What graphics card does your computer have?

Hi @Anonymous,

If this is graphics related we need to check everything:

What is the screen resolution?

Display scaling?
How many monitors? 4K? External?

If so does it work on the laptop screen?

Do any files work and operate fine?

Hi,

If this is a Windows 10 system can you check to see if Duet Display is on? If so, turn it off and try launching Fusion.

You'll likely need to uninstall Duet Display. You may be able to end the service in services.msc but i've not seen that tested yet.

Hi,

I'm sorry but it's unclear to me if you have it or not. Here's some info from Duet on how to uninstall:

Uninstall Windows

  1. Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Applications and select Duet Display.
  2. This will ask you to restart your PC to uninstall.
  3. After you reboot, open Control Panel > Add or Remove Applications and confirm that Duet Display as well as Kairos Display are removed from the list.
  4. On some occasions you must uninstall a remaining component of Duet because Windows separated them during the uninstall process. If so, just select the component, uninstall and restart your PC once more.

If Duet is not installed, then try resetting your monitor resolution (if not at 1920x1280), see if Fusion loads, and try going into Preferences and changing the Graphics Driver to DX9.

If Fusion won't load after resetting the monitor try deleting the files NMachineSpecificOptions.xml, NGlobalOptions.xml, and NULastDisplayedLayout.xml. They can be found starting in:

C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Neutron Platform\Options

Then relaunch Fusion.

Hi,

Sorry to hear of the continuing challenges.

Can you try setting the "Size of Apps" to 100%?

Also, can you send us the log files?  These can be found in :

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Autodesk   - streamer.log

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\logs AppLogFiles
