I have an educative account and it tells me that my version has expired

Good Morning,
I have an educative account in autodesk, today I installed the 360 fusion in a new computer ( i did a trial version download and sign in with my details) and it tells me that my version has expired. I can not upload a model.
Could you check what's going on with my account?
