Corrupt file

all of my files are corrupt and impossible to open what so ever, pleas help.

@simonrk Can you please provide more information? What is happening? Are you seeing some errors on opening them? If so what errors? 

Are you able to create new designs? Can you confirm if you are online?

So, I get the message that the files are corrupt and can’t be accessed. I have tried to download them and upload them but nothing seems to work. I can create a new file and design on that, but most of my files are all “corrupt” and I don’t know why.

So what is the Fusion 360 version number you are using?  You can find this dialog box under help "?" and then About.  It may be your version is way out of date.

That is the current version so that is not the issue.  Do you have one of the files that Fusion 360 says is corrupt that you can share?  If you have it on your hard drive, you can attach it to a reply post.  You can also go into your Web Database and download the file, then attach it.

I have no idea?  It took over 6 minutes to open it, maybe you are not patient enough.  Fusion 360 looks like it is locked up but it is still chewing away at it.  I save it to cloud drive if you need it.
