I know there are a few posts on this already answered by @jhackney1972 but I don't think any of the answers apply to my problem. I have added the bend allowances so that should not be the cause of my issues (at least I hope). As far as I can make out nothing should be intersecting with itself so I don't know where to start to try and find a solution.
Any help would be much appreciated!
