Cannot log into autodesk (fusion insider) - email changed

Fusion Insider was corrupted during an update and will not launch. I am not able to login since my email has changed. Can you anyone direct me to the correct resource to solve the login issue?

@mtsraf @Are you not able to login because you are requested an OTP to login and you do not have access to your email inbox? (Or are you not able to login to only insider?)

Thanks for your quick response.

No only the account.

But the whole story is as follows:

I attempted to update Fusion Insider but the process crashed.

Then I attempted to login to download a fresh version and couldn't because I no longer have access to that email and will not receive the code. (I do not have a backup code 😞

So I created this account so I could post here.

Now I need to regain access to all my fusion files

That thread is not encouraging! 😯

 

I have the same problem that the last post. My university deleted my account and it cannot be recovered. I managed to get a production version of Fusion up but the Insider still fails.  I do need to update my email address. It seems that  @mathermann from the the thread you asked me to read is in the same position I am in. 

 

When I attempt to create a ticket I get the spinning wheel which never goes to the next screen. See attached screenshot.

 

How do I get my account (and my files) back?

Sorry for the delay. I did manage to contact support via chat and they were able to help me change my email address. It was a bit of an arduous process, but now all is well.

I solved the problem with a relatively lengthy chat back-and-forth between a support agent. She was very helpful and after a number of trial and error steps, we solve the problem. 

I suggest that you start a support chat to explain the situation.
