Can't launch Fusion 360 without using a VPN

Hi.

I have been trying to launch the app for a couple of days but to no avail, until a friend of mine mentioned using a VPN. I used a VPN and Fusion 360 launched with no problem. When I close it and turn off the VPN and try to reopen it again, it shows the same error I get when I launch it with no VPN. For reference, I live in Libya and the VPN maps me to the United States.
