Can't add radius to dimension to fillet in drawing cross-section view

I need to add a radius dimension to a fillet, but it won't select. 

Any helps is appreciated. 

And/or I'd like to note this bug to the Fusion team.

I guess there was a glitch with Fusion. 

Because I deleted the detail view, deleted the cross section view, and then re-created the cross section view, and then re-created the detail view and the dimension works just fine.

I used a similar model to try the workflow but it seems working on my side. From your video, it seems the arc not be recognized. Is it possible the section view is not through the center?
