Both actually. I changed it to BLD-Designs used to be Rc-CnC

It sounds like you might have a commercial subscription. If that is true, have you tried contacting support?

Let me know after another week goes by if it isn't solved. The support team sees your new name on one of the systems, so they think it's just working through slowly.
