We use this tool, however the lack of filters previously reposted makes it difficult to use. Something that could be improved would be the ability to move more than one operation at the same time. Another situation is that in our case we have very short duration operations (only minutes) which makes the bars difficult to move, for us the time scheduling is not relevant, only the day on which it is carried out, so there should be the option to choose between a daily or a minute plan. For us, the important thing is to know the day and the workload of the respective day, we use scheduling by operation, worker and machine. It was also important to obtain a report at the end of the day in which you could quickly identify what was pending so that you could schedule it again. It was also important that when moving the mouse over the operations, the product parameters were visible, as this interferes with scheduling.

Raw materials planned for a certain production order should not be available for consumption in production orders created at a later stage. Material requirements currently calculate what is in production inventory, which if there are multiple production orders, your inventory is incorrect. My recomendation would be that consuptions are consumed during material staging and not in the first operation of a process flow.

In the tablet view, it would be nice to have a "Select All" button when doing batch operations with serialized products. Especially important if there are 20+ items in the operation and all 20+ are good (as determined from the previous quantity screen). I would also like to use it to "select all" and then go back to remove the couple items that failed.

For quality control it would be nice for a worker to be able to take and attach a photo of the product they made/are making and attach that photo to the product from their device.

Connecting Fusion operations to finance and procurement via different accounting software, would make operations a powerhouse. Connecting the factory to support departments ensures everyone working in the same environment. Process flow improvement and adherence will increase too.

It would save a lot of time to be able to add a specific raw material consumption to multiple new products at once. For example, I have 4 similar parts with different names but the same material and same quantity and I would love to be able to add it all at once instead of having to go into each individual product.

Hello, I’d like to suggest improvements to the analytics functionality. While the current features provide valuable insights, some aspects could be more user-friendly. For instance, certain data can’t be easily filtered, and working with it in Excel can be cumbersome. I’m aware of the option to use APIs with tools like Power BI, which is a great feature. However, for smaller teams like ours, setting up and effectively using Power BI with the API can be challenging due to limited resources and expertise. It would be incredibly helpful to see an overhaul of the analytics system, focusing on: Enhanced Filtering Options: Allow for more intuitive and flexible filtering directly within the platform. Customizable Reporting Suite: Provide a user-friendly way to create custom reports that retrieve specific data as needed. Simplified Power BI Integration: While the help desk and support teams have been great, additional tools or guides to make Power BI integration easier would be a significant improvement.
