I’d like to suggest improvements to the analytics functionality. While the current features provide valuable insights, some aspects could be more user-friendly. For instance, certain data can’t be easily filtered, and working with it in Excel can be cumbersome.
I’m aware of the option to use APIs with tools like Power BI, which is a great feature. However, for smaller teams like ours, setting up and effectively using Power BI with the API can be challenging due to limited resources and expertise.
It would be incredibly helpful to see an overhaul of the analytics system, focusing on:
Enhanced Filtering Options: Allow for more intuitive and flexible filtering directly within the platform.
Customizable Reporting Suite: Provide a user-friendly way to create custom reports that retrieve specific data as needed.
Simplified Power BI Integration: While the help desk and support teams have been great, additional tools or guides to make Power BI integration easier would be a significant improvement.
