Multi Axis Help

I'm just trying to get multi axis to work and I'm not making much progress. I'm just trying to machine the o ring groove in the top of the part. 

No matter what I try I get the warning "No passes to link" and "Empty Tool path". 

I've attached the file.

You might be better off using the 2D toolpaths with Wrap turned on
