Milling - Boring Cycle Feed Rate

When doing a boring cycle, using "in control" or "wear"  for compensation, does fusion calculate the feed rate on the center line of the cutter or the cutting edge?

For example, if I bore a .531 hole with a .500 end mill should I reduce the feed rate since the tool centerline follows a .031 diameter circle?

Feedrates in Fusion are always for the center of the tool.

So in case of small internal radii you would have to do the calculations yourself.

For Heidenhain There is an MCODE that will do the calculation for you.  M110 and M111 to turn it off.
