Automatic In-process Stock generation is On.

Display In-Process Stock is on.

No matter what is regenerated or how many times the computer is restarted, Fusion does not generate the IPS. Every process in 4 different setups contains the Green check inside a dashed circle.

Simulation works if it is started from the first Process. Somehow, it calculates processes with "rest machining" despite the lack of IPS.

It was working on Friday. Now its Monday and it no longer works.

OK, it still works OK for me

What you can try is navigating here with Fusion closed and deleting all the meshes in this folder

then opening Fusion and it should trigger the IPS to regenerate

C:\Users\ftv\AppData\Local\Temp\Fusion360CAM\meshes

Replace ftv with your username
