Cutting 10 inch into stock.

I have been using fusion 360 for a few month to run my cnc router it has been great other than one bug. On the start it try to cut 10 inch into the stock. I have to remove the commands manly in the gcode. This is not a one time problem it happens every time i use it. My gcode is attached the problem is at line 22, 3118 and 3121. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Are you able to share your f3d file?  That way we can take a look at the Manufacturing Setup, depths, etc.
