New to Fusion but I am finding it extremely user friendly!

I do have a small problem though!

When I am machining a surface I am finding that the CAM program is going 1mm deeper than my model?

Am I missing something?

Machine being used is an XYZ RLX and the postprocessor runs a basic Fanuc code.

I have added a pic to show the pocket I am trying to machine. On the step file it is 15mm deep but in reality it ends up 16mm deep!!??Pocket.jpg

It's possible that it's a stock and WCS definition error. Could you share your Fusion file?

File > Export > Save to local folder, return to thread and attach the .f3d file in your reply

You're using the generic Fanuc post, correct?

You have 1mm stock on, and your WCS is set to the top of the stock, not top of model. Your code is going to be 16mm deep
