Adaptive Clearing Rotary Toolthath, Do I need the Machining Extension?

We are staging up a go with this part on our 4th axis rotary, (It truly is my first rodeo). I played around with a "wraped" strategy contour, however when selecting the face that we need to clear, it errors asking about a pocket.

Do we need the machining extension?

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, you can rough this sort of pocket out with 2D adaptive and Wrap but it will require some workarounds to get it to work.

Can you Upload your file here so we can demonstrate how to get it to work?

Goto file>Export>save as .f3d/.f3z

Here is my file, I can tell that I'll be in studying mode for a bit. Any insight would be awesome. our goal here is to use our horizontal mill to clear the inner face.
