Post NC program at center tool

Hi, we have an old machine, Rambaudi 800, but without the Head, we adaptded and eletro-spindle

So, the M3/4 and spindle speed is controled manually 

Most NC program we post at the tool tip, 

In that machine, we have the eletro-spindle that can rotate manually by the operator , so we can achieve diferent Angles.

But we work in a diferent angle, we post the NC at the center of the tool, and the operator knows the calc to reference the tool.

Is it possible to post programs with tool center? If not, we work in something else
