Did you notice that the radius of your tool is larger than your fillet radius? You can get a pretty clean toolpath using 2D trace and selecting the outer edge of the fillet, however, the side of the 1/16" tool digs into the diameter of the part since the fillet radius is slightly smaller than the radius of the 1/16" tool.
