Issue with CNC Toolpath for a 20-Degree Slanted Edge with Rounded Corners

Hello everyone,

I'm facing an issue while generating a CNC toolpath for a specific part of my product in Fusion 360. The part has a window with three sides at 90 degrees and one side with a 20-degree outward slant. The corners of the window have a certain radius. I have a milling tool suitable for the 20-degree angle, but I'm unable to create a toolpath that clears the corner as desired.

I've attached images to illustrate the problem and the solutions I'm trying to achieve but haven't been successful with.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue or can provide guidance on how to generate the appropriate toolpath for this setup? Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you in advance!

Would you be able to share your Fusion file here?
File > Export > Save to local folder, return to thread and attach the .f3d/.f3z file in your reply.

If you can't share your exact file for IP reasons, could you share a sample file that has that specific issue?

Unless you have a 5 axis machine, you aren't going to be able to machine this feature correctly with the tool you suggested, as the feature blends into a straight wall. Personally, I'd prefer to use a ball endmill and the Flow toolpath

I would all the wall with a blend toolpath and with a bull nose cutter
