SMD Pads Soldermask in 3D Preview

Hi,

 

When I create a library with SMD pads, the 3D preview shows soldermask over the smd pads as shown below. However it seems to preview ok in CAM preview. Can you confirm whether this is only a visual artefact of the 3D preview, or whether the soldermask is really covering the SMD pads if I sent it for manufacture?

 

I saw some similar post from last year that seemed to be marked as solved, but it seems this issue is still here?

I viewed the exported CAM data in a free online viewer at PCBWAY and see that the soldermask is there, so it appears only to be a visual artefact. Would be good to get it fixed though to present the board correctly in 3D preview.
