I'm a long-time user of Eagle migrating to Fusion 360, and my first project is to create an annular PCB for an LED ring. My previous PCBs have all been 2 or 4 layer boards of a standard shape, supplied individually and pre-cut by the PCB house. I have a circular PCB of 26mm designed for the project but I'm uncertain how to create the central 14mm hole and also how to "panlieze" the PCB to have multiple units on a single panel that can be "broken out" after assembly. From advice I found online I have created a 14mm central hole on Layer 20, but I'm struggling to draw four "cutout arcs" around the PCB to provide the "breakout". Can anybody point me in the right direction? Thanks for your help!

If you are ordering through a service like Oshpark, then they take care of the panelizing for you so you don't have to worry about it.
If you really have to do the panel yourself then talk to the boardhouse about how they want that called out in the design. For a circular board v-scoring is not an option so they will likely want you to do a milled feature to create the breakout.

It's been a long time since I did a panelized PCB and did it by hand - using a ULP to change tnames and bnames to layers 125/126 and copy/pasted each board to the panel at set locations.
I checked with a few PCB manufacturers and found they offer this feature, so I reverted the design to a single PCB and let them handle it. Thanks for the advice, the PCBs arrive next week!
