Problem on sharing 3d on a componet library

Hi,

We are 2 in our company's group, I created a library with some components with 3d info, saved and shared it, my colleage sees the library, is able to use it on the schematics, and respective pcb, works well on pcb design, but when he geneartes the 3d, the component he is using on that library doesn't appear. When I try to see or edit the libary on his computer, I see the libray, the symbols and pcb pads correctly , but I don't see the 3d model.

I think that everything is well on my side, but the fact is that is not working.

Can anybody help me?

Also, in last upgrade the <ctrl> C / <ctrl> V got complicated to use - we should press mouse left button befor >ctrl>V to work. When do you correct it?

Thank you,

Hi @mario.brizida,

Have you made sure to update the design to use the latest version of the library? Go to the library subsection and select update libraries. After that try pushing to 3D PCB, I'm pretty confident it will work now.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

Hi Jorge,
Problem solved. My colleague is using shared libraries, but (I don't know) 3d models didn't upload correctly. I uploaded the 3d models and now 3D of pcb is ok.

Thank you,
