How to stop email otp from autodesk for autodesk login even 2 step verification is off

Hello Sir,

As we had autodesk account with email of  our management member, and many times they are not available in  the office , as per new login process for autodesk we have to enter code which is email by autodesk on register mail ID, 

and  my 2 step verification is off so I want to know how to stop email otp from autodesk for autodesk login even 2 step verification is off,  other alternative for login using only email Id and password , same as previous process 

Please share if any

@anuradha.bodke This email OTP is a one time requirement. It will not ask you again.

Hi Rajkumar,

Unfortunately it's not asking the OTP ones.
2 minutes ago I had to enter it again. That was for the 5e time.
Very annoying .

I don't have answer from @RajkumarIlanchelian also yet.

His team had to look at the issue. It's not normal behavior to enter the OTP that often he confirms

Customer support should have gotten back to almost all of you on your cases. Please let me know if they have not contacted you or if your case ID is still not resolved.

And problem not solved, had to enter Otp 3 minute ago again.

@Evert_2N3055 My apologies. I posted the above post in the wrong thread. This was meant for another thread . 

Regarding having to enter OTP, I checked with the team and here is what I am told. If you do not have 2FA enabled, you will have to enter OTP on every login (now there is an option that you can do a check box that gives you an option to nt ask for OTP for 30 days).

Why are users being forced to us 2FA or email OTP? Is Autodesk planning to add an option for users to disable these features?
