Fusion hangs when I open an Electronics Project

For the last 2-days I cannot use Fusion Electronics - Mechanical Design fine, but as Soon as I open ANY Electronics project it just sits at 100% CPU until I force a close.  Im using MAC OS, and have already done an OS update, and re-installed Fusion, and followed the recommendations for performance related issues, none of which have made any difference.

I'm having the same issue with the 2DPCB. When I open an electronics project, I can edit the schematic window without issues, but when I open the 2DPCB (either by pressing CMD+2, using the toolbar in the Schematics window, or by double-clicking it in the main project window), Fusion 360 hangs completely, and nothing responds, not even the close or minimize buttons.

I've restarted my Mac and force-quit Fusion 360 several times, but the issue persists every time.
When I open the 2DPCB, I see 2 new black desktops, both named "Fusion" in the Mac, and they also don't respond. Maybe this info will help in solving the issue.

I have mixed success.  Initiall I turned off a graphics option.  This worked.  I then updated macOS to the latest version, and it stopped working again.  Then I toggled the Graphics Rendering option a few times, and re-started Fusion/Mac a few times and it is currently working again, but I'm not sure why...Also what might have helped is that I just left the PCB document open for 20mins!?
