This is definitely a bug, I'll make a ticket for it.
UPDATE: I just tried it on my windows machine and it takes you to a live page. I wonder if it's Mac only, I'll ask my colleagues to confirm.

Could you update to the latest version of Fusion if you haven't done so already? According to the devs this was fixed a couple of months ago and I can get it go to a live page on windows.

I'm running the late (allegedly, I don't see any updates) but have the issue, happens in both schematic and board editor
I can verify this.
Typing 'help' in both schematic and 2D PCB sends me to the following web address.
https://help.autodesk.com/view/fusion360/ENU/?guid=ECD-REFERENCE-CPT
