Hi @Anonymous

Please try logging into your Fusion Team at https://login.autodesk360.com and then try to run Fusion.

Keep us posted.

Hi @Anonymous

I can see that you are approved for your Fusion Team. Can you confirm that you logged your Fusion Team and you can now run Fusion?

Thanks,

-Dan

Went through the procedure of ordering a personal license, downloaded and installed Fusion 360 from the site.
The program starts, but the authorization process goes round and round with the browser.

Hi @Anonymous

I wonder if this is a browser cache issue.

  1. Start Google Chrome in Incognito Mode on Windows 11 / 10 · Right-click the “Google Chrome” shortcut on your desktop and then select New Incognito Window.

  2. Then try to log into your Fusion Team.
  3. If this doesn't work, while in an Incognito Window in your Chrome browser, try creating a new Fusion Team by going to the Fusion Onboarding site. Then log into Fusion.

Keep us posted.

Thanks for the tip.
I tried, but the problem remains even in a private window.
After passing the authorization, I receive:

Error!
Hub has been disabled You're already signed in with Autodesk ID androidphonefly (null). Not you? Sign in using another account

I tried logging out from everywhere and restarting the computer. Also checked that I don't have any instance of Fusion software running

This is strange. From what I can see you have an active license that you started today. Let’s see if the servers need more time to sync. Try signing into Fusion tomorrow or Monday. If that doesn’t work, I’ll have to engage another team on Monday and see if they can pinpoint the issue.
