Hey @SuncoastTechnicalCollege I'm not sure what this means. Are you able to access the files you want, or can you still access your files? 

I'm checking with the Data team to see if they can give me some info on what this message pertains to.

I found this. I usually ignore those messages because I've never seen a problem when those are up.

Thanks for posting about the CB_RTO message. Here is what I learned. This message appears while the data is syncing, then it should go away. Let us know if the message persists.

thanks everyone. I think our school internet may be lagging. I was hardwired on both teacher machines and now trying wireless to see if it improves
