Ugh!  I get this message and of course say I don't want to quit.  I wait.  I try again, same message.  I know my file uploaded, but I don't know what else might be pending.  I've got a good internet connection and it is active.  I've waited 10 minutes, more than necessary for sure.

I guess I'll just close Fusion and see what happens.  When am I going to be able to use Fusion from launch to close without having an issue?  Can't wait for that day.

Hi Paul,

Sorry to hear you're experiencing the problem when saving files. Is the problem still reproducible on your side? If so, could you share me the log files so I can ask the development team to investigate? The log files would be very helpful for us to narrow down the root cause. It can be collected via a command "Diagnostic Log Files" from the Help drop-down.

My email address: lixiong.xu[AT]autodesk.com. Thank you!

Reproducible.  Anytime and everytime I close Fusion I get this message about 3 data uploads in progress.  I emailed you the logs you requested.

That would be great becasue this morning I opened a file I saved last night and all of my operations are in need of regeneration.  These were new operations last night when I saved.  So, I wonder what I am missing?  What is going to happen when I run the program?  Is it a harmless regeneration or is there something that changed?  Another mystery for me on a Saturday morning.  I am obviously frustrated...tired of always something.

And another crash.  Started Fusion, opened file, regenerated operation, went to post, chrash.  Sent an error report.  Yet another waste of my god damned time.  What a train wreck, and what a way to ruin an otherwise perfectly fine Saturday morning.   This is totally inexcusable performance for a non-beta offering that we PAY for.  Part of your description when you sell this software should be TOY!  Fusion 355 maybe?  Man I am upset right now!!!

Hi Paul,

My name is Clark from Fusion development team;

I got your "Diagnostic Log Files" from Nicolas. It seems that your designs failed to upload were created during offline mode, is that right? Because of some bug in offline mode, some Meta data of your designs were not set properly after switch to online. We will do further investigation and try to address that bug in future release.

Please try following steps, see if could recovery your designs and abort those uploading failures

1. Open folder at ~/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Autodesk Fusion 360/276ZLECMKMGG/W.login/Q/

2. Following files are your designs V1, V2 & V3

        683bf9cb-2b98-42d5-94b5-4c9fc1511d5c

        0359b312-fdc2-4aa0-b2d5-7799bd2482a4

        9dcbae21-7c77-4cfd-986e-acea8ea83223

3. Copy those designs into some other places.

4. Rename 683bf9cb-2b98-42d5-94b5-4c9fc1511d5c into BOTTOM PANGO.f3d, and upload into your project as version 1

5. Once upload complete, please right mouse click the design in right panel, and use "Import New Version" to import 0359b312-fdc2-4aa0-b2d5-7799bd2482a4 and 9dcbae21-7c77-4cfd-986e-acea8ea83223 separately.

6. After that clear the folder ~/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Autodesk Fusion 360/276ZLECMKMGG/W.login/Q/*.*, it will abort the failed upload.

Please let us know if it works or not

In case you encounter this similar issue again, please feel free to contact us or just post a message here.

Had to get some work done. Bailed on Mac and started working in Windows. Much better experience in Windows so going to stick with that.

I've moved on so i have no interest in salvaging those files.

I will say though, if i was in offline mode it was not intentional. Maybe was result of a crash or something.
