Vector design imported to Fusion 360

Is anyone able to give me a tip on how to edit this vector file? I exported it from Corel as a DXF and uploaded it to 360. I can't edit it in 360. I'd like to make it 1/4" thick and then 3D print it.

Any ideas out there? Thanks ahead of time,

It looks like it's coming in as splines, unfortunately Fusion doesn't like some types of spline. Can you explode into lines and arcs before you export from Corel.
