Using a Fit point Spline as an axis for an eclipse/circle

Good afternoon,

The entire question is basically in the title, is there a way i can use a fit point spline as an axis for an eclipse, or is there a different method of achieving the same effect? the goal is to create a sketch that resembles a potato chip.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

Extrude the Spline as a Surface Body.

Use the Ellipse to Trim the Surface Body.

If you want compound curve - then the process is a bit more involved.
