I can't find the user paremeters command in the modify panel. Please help.

It should be at the very bottom:

sorry, but did you by any chance forget to add the picture?  I certainly believe you that the command is not there.

 

One thing to try, use this command:

 

reset.png

 

to reset your toolbar.  If that doesn't work, try:

reset 2.png

Ok this is weird. I closed 360 and reopened it and created a new blank
project. The parameters command is in the new project. Then I reopened my
old project and it was still not there. So I inserted the the project into
the new blank project and it seems to be ok. A bug?

Hi eod9910,

 

The Parameters command is only available for history-based modeling (aka parametric modeling). However, in your screenshot, it’s a history-free model (aka direct modeling). Fusion supports both ways.

 

In parametric modeling, you will see there is a timeline at the bottom of the application window. For your file, you may right click on the root node in the browser and convert the history-feel model to history-based model. For sure, only forward creation will be history-based.
