Hi @Anonymous,

Welcome to the Fusion 360 Community!

From the looks of it, it does not look like you are on the latest version of Fusion 360. Just to check - did you download Fusion from the App Store or from the Autodesk website? I do note that the Autodesk website version should be 2.0.2676. You can verify this in Fusion by going to the Help menu in the top-right corner and selecting About. While you are in this menu, what does it say next to Active Plan? A lot of times you cannot create new data as a resultant of an expired trial for example.

Thanks,

I'm having the same issue, my version is 2.0.2865 and my Active Plan says Ultimate, Student.

Any ideas?

Hi @dskinnerWMQCL,

Can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing?

And I suppose this may be part of it too.  It appears that it's not saving to the cloud.

Hi @dskinnerWMQCL,

Can you send me your diagnostic log files from the help menu? I wonder if Fusion cannot connect to the internet and this is what is causing these issues. Just to check - have you tried restarting your computer and opening Fusion back up. Same issue?

Thanks,

Hi @dskinnerWMQCL,

I see the following error message from your log files:

ERROR: Response Data: INTERNET_DISCONNECTED

This seems strange to me - as my guess is you would have noticed if you could not access the internet. This does make sense with what we are seeing however. It almost seems as if Fusion thinks it is in offline mode.

Let's try this - can you please try the steps in this guide here to delete the loginstate.xml and then relaunch Fusion and sign back in. Does it let you sign in? Can you now upload? If not, can you try resetting your network router and trying again?

After deleting the file and restarting the program, I still had to tell it to go to offline and then back online before it "woke up" but it's running fine now.

Thank you
