unable to sweep

hi, I am not able to sweep the body #23 - #35  so that i can separate the mold from there. in fact the idea is to work out the top and bottom part of the mold through boundary fill, which am not able to do because of this issue now

Is this what you're trying to do?

If so, simply extend the horizontal lines in either Sketch 12 or 13 to the sides of Body 22, then use the sketch lines to split Body 22.

If not, you'll need to provide a more thorough description.

using sweep for  mold making has always given me spotty performance also.  There is no reason I can see for that sweep not to work.  But you could drop back and project the edge of body 28 (and also 27) into sketch 14 and loft those surfaces like you did everywhere else.

here I did the project and loft instead of the sweep but still am not able to separate it into 3 different parts which i intent to as top and bottom of the mold and the sample itself

You have to block off the hole also.  If you put a plane across it, boundary fill works. (I tested by putting in a "midplane" construction plane.)
