unable to Finish Form

i tried to apply finished form to my model and tried repairing it, it shows me only yellow stars and Ngons, witch i some should be fine, I'm not sure on how can i go about solving this problem?  -Below this message is a screen shot of my model in repair mode.

I'm just learning and thought for the fun of it I would take a look and see if I could figure it out.

Even if I can't figure it out for you I thought by sharing your model with us it would then be available for one of the community experts to look at too.
