trackpad movement in Browser problem

scrolling in the browser via the trackpad scrolls through what I have but when I then move the mouse to it the browser always jumps back to the previews view position - every time.

I can only scroll via the scroll bar not the track pad.

Hi @cekuhnen,

Would you mind sending over your system information? To do so, please use the procedure detailed in this article.

We've been seeing quite a few UI issues after the update last week, so thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Kind Regards,

Hi,

I have similar UI problems with the browser. The two-finger-tap selection on an item jumps to another item. And

if I want to scroll down to the bottom, it scrolls back a little bit.

It  happens when the item list is relatively long. Sometimes the two-finger-tap works like normal for a little while

when I reset to the default layout. But the chances are low.  I'm using a Macbook pro with retina display.

I have the exact same problem as @tigertooth4.

only happens with the touchpad.

I tested on my macbook pro 15"  2015 - No good

Also on my imac 2012 with a touchpad - no good.

on both machines the external Bluetooth mouse work just fine.

it is not project dependant (occurs on all my models).  Tired both computer and program restarts with no change in behavior.

Did not occur on previous Fusion360 release.

I can send log files if needed.

cheers

Mike

Same problem here! I have the issue of the scroll bar jumping in both the browser and design history. It rarely lets me select an item without jumping or scrolling away. Also, I have been noticing that I am unable to select edges, points, faces etc after choosing an operation such as sketching or choosing a edge to fillet without there being a long lag or it never allowing it at all. I have tried using a two button mouse to see if it is just the trackpad but I get the same results. This just started occurring with the latest release of Fusion 360 a few days ago. I am running the newest version of MacOS Sierra. HELP AUTODESK! This is making Fusion 360 almost unusable!

@brandon.mullin Yes I have the same issue with selecting edges points and such with commands. I have to quite the command switch to the desktop and come back.

Then it works fine.

This is a MacBook without all my screen recording and other apps installed.

Hi @cekuhnen@brandon.mullin@michael.k.jansen@tigertooth4

Thank you all for bringing these issues to our attention! I have logged a bug with our development team (FUS-28889) and they will be working to provide a fix as soon as possible. Once I hear back from them I will circle back here to update everyone.

Please let me know if you come across any other issues with Fusion 360 and we will get started resolving them!

Thanks to you all for your input and notes.

There are a number of problems listed here and we are looking into them. I wanted to share a bit of a workaround for just the scrolling problems.

The problem comes when the mouse pointer is on top of items in the browser and timeline. The workaround is to position the pointer on the scroll bar for Timeline, and either on the scrollbar for the browser or just to the left of the item icons, between them and the scrollbar.

Sorry for the trouble I'm pushing for a fix asap.
