svg scale and cleanup

wanting to scale svg file to base plate of a specified size . Also svg coming in without crisp lines

You should be able to use the scale command from the Modify menu to select the sketch in the browser or use the scale command in the Insert SVG dialog. Perhaps one of these links will help also:
