Scale for sketch when importing SVG files

Hi,

Since the update to v.2.0.1043 the scale option appears to have dissapeared.  I'm importing a SVG and it comes in too big (even though the file in Adobe Illustrator was set at the correct size).  I need to scale it down but can't find the option now.  Has this functionality been removed?  If so is there another way to do it?

Thanks

Nick

I figured out a set of steps that seem to work for me. I created an Illustrator document in pixels, and used 1px = 1mm. When I imported it, it was scaled properly. Not too sure if this was just a fluke, Fusion 360 improvement, or just plain luck.

I built a shape in Illustrator at the desired size, export as SVG, import into Fusion, then print to Cura.

Then select the item in Cura and look at the dimensions.

Doing the math from the original Illustrator dimensions to Cura, I need to multiply the size by 1.33 in Illustrator in order to have it come out exactly how I expect in Cura.

So I built a new document that's exactly 1.33 times too large in Illustrator, design everything 1.33 times the actual desired size, and so far this seems to be working.

Good luck.

similar problem, but mine is always 75% smaller, yes I could scale it 1.33% every time importing, but I shouldn't have to do it. The file it self is saved correctly, I tried to open it back up on illustrator and upload to easel, the size was correct, so theres something wrong on the Fusion end.

@sidchou93 try it with the insert .svg from the insert menu

@ururk

it kind of make sense because I use 72 ppi and comes out about 75% of the size, so does that mean the unit in Fusion was switched to base on pixel instead of original unit?

Bugger it's not fixed yet, If you can try a dxf that works fine.

@jeff_strater Is this a new/old bug or it still needs fixed.
