SVG position driven by parameters

I'm trying to place an SVG (a logo) on a flat surface and control its position on that surface via a parameter. I would like the corner of the sketch to be positioned at a point relative to the side of the surface

In the attached image, the origin of both sketches is the same as the design origin. I want the four shapes (Sketch 1) to stay in the same position relative to each other but move relative to the rectangle (Sketch 2). If I could drive the origin of the Sketch 1 based on geometry that would work. If I try to drive the contents of the sketch they move separately and I can't figure out how to make them move together.

put the sketch in a component.  you'll will import just once.  copy the component 3 more times.  position by jointing to a dimension-ed sketch at the top level.

this will seem weird if your new to components. a face palm if your not.

Sir. for what do you need copy 3 times?

Fusion won't let me use joints with an imnported svg component

IT SAYS THEY ARE RIGIDLY JOINED

Hi,

Perhaps the component was fixed when it was inserted using the new "Ground to parent" function.
Have a look at this Tutorial

Maybe unground it:  rightclick > unground
