 Hi @Anonymous,

You will have to perform these steps in order to manually clear the upload dialog box:

  1. Close Fusion 360
  2. Browse to the following directories
  3. Windows: C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Autodesk\production\JobManager360\<Most Current Application ID (sort by date if mutlple)>\
  4. Mac:C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Library\Application Support\Autodesk\production\JobManager360\<Most Current Application ID (sort by date if mutlple)>\
  5. Locate the jobs.json and the jobs.json.lck files.
  6. Delete both the json and the lck file.
  7. Restart Fusion 360 and review the Upload queue.

If this solves the issue you were having, feel free to accept this answer as a solution. Otherwise, let me know and I will try my best to help resolve the issue further!

Thanks,

Hi James
There is no "App Data" folder and "Fusion 360" in my User folder, so I
am unable to find and
delete the process file. Please do suggest, If there is another solution.

Thanks

Hi @Anonymous,

Do you have hidden files and folders turned on? The folder "AppData" is a hidden folder.

To enable hidden folders for Windows:

  1. Open Control Panel
  2. Click Appearance and Personalization
  3. Click Folder Options
  4. Click the View tab
  5. Enable "Show hidden files, folders, and drives."

Please let me know if this solved the issue. If not, I will work with you further to help clear your upload queue.

Thanks,
