Stuck at 80% Generating Mesh

Hello,

I am currently trying to run a simulation on a model that I have created but when generating the mesh for the simulation, the mesh gets stuck at 80% complete and goes no further.  Are there any work arounds to fix this issue?

There are some geometry errors. The Patch > Inspect > Validate command catches the errors. The "translucent" faces in the design give away some clue that there are some geometry errors.

You can use the Boundary Fill Command to generate a new solid body from the existing geometry. The resulting body generates a mesh quite nicely in the simulation environment.

How do you get into "THE PATCH" mode. 

The options I see are:

"Design, Generative Design, Render, Animation, Simulation, Manufacture, Drawing"
