Splitting Multiple objects in one STL File

I have 3 objects in 1 STL file I got from Thingiverse. I would like to edit them individually by splitting them in Fusion 360 but am unable to figure out how.

I have attached a zip of the file.

Thanks.

Not sure how much trust I would put in the geometry.

The "blades" are not rounded on ends and will not fit inside the "cylinder".

They are offset (not sure if that is intentional or not).

stl is planar triangular facets

For geometry this simple I think I would use the stl only for reference in remodeling proper geometry from scratch.

See attached.

I added a bit of clearance between the wheel and the cylinder.

If you are going to 3D print this you might increase the clearance and add clearance for the bracket.

Thank you for doing all that work, but what I would really like to know is how to separate them myself. This 3d print is wrong for a number of reasons. I want to separate the blade out to put into another cylinder file that was provided that actually has a hole in it and I will size it all correctly. I would appreciate learning how to separate the 3 pieces into distinct objects, thank you.

In the mesh workspace look for the separate button.

select all the elements you want to separate and then you will have two bodies in the the browser

How did you do this? I would like to learn the Fusion 360 platform.

Also, this is not the right container for the fan, the .STL files I got are mixed up. There's supposed to be a hole the size of one of the spaces between the fan so that it drops pellets through when turned by a servo.

Sorry, I've been very busy the last couple of weeks. This seems like a good solution but I get to the select bodies point and it won't let me select any bodies. See attached image.

Off-Topic: How do you insert images into the middle of the post?
