SVG Font changed on Import

I'm trying to import a SVG logo. When I import it, the Logo's Font is changed to a very basic font. And it's some letters are in the wrong position and size.

Perhaps it can help? I don't recognize the program you're using for the SVG, what program is that?

It's "Graphics" by a little company called Autodesk : )

Stumbled on this post as I had the same issue.  Selecting 'Object to Path' in Inkscape before saving the svg file fixed it for me.

SOLVED! This worked for me anyway.

I would import the .svg and it would change the font to arial. Selecting "object to path" and making sure it was saved as plain svg solved it.

I was having the same problem with an SVG file I created in Illustrator. I solved the problem by changing the setting when exporting (File > Export > Export As...). When the "SVG Options" dialog box opens up change the options for "Font" from "SVG" to "Convert to Outlines". Posting this in case it helps someone in the future who is using Illustrator to create the SVG file.
