Sketching a line in opposite directions

Is there a mouse/key combination where I could sketch a line, choose a center point and have the line draw out equally in opposite directions when dragging the mouse?

as AutoCad does... but in fusion i dont know... also you can use the Symmetry constrain for a vertical or horizontal line

Constrains are you friends. Here are two ways how to do it. Without constrains I don't know a way to solve your problem.

I have been doing the constraint routine. It just hit me today that there must be something a couple of steps less.

Time to hit the idea station?
