Hi,
I have .x_t files I've uploaded into Fusion (they are 3D scans). I'm trying to understand how to convert to create a solid surface so I can thicken it or add/modify to the exact part. I've been though a number of tutorials detailing meshing, stitching, converting as well as CAD Exchange to convert the file to a different type (.stp etc. etc.).
In theory getting this converted to a quad mesh seems to be what I need to do, though needing ReCap seems to be what I need.
I need the part(s) to stay exact as I need to model off these parts to add thickness, or add on components to the real part.
Any thought or sugegstions?
Thanks,
Charles
