I create the body of the desired part and project the face into a sketch. I then save the sketch as a dxf and send it to sheetcam to be plasma cut. When it gets to sheetcam all of the curves have a double line embedded behind them. The line is not identical to the main line, so I can click on it and remove. A double line causes major issues with the plasma cutters height control. I can remove them manually in sheetcam, but it is a pain on something like a sign with a lot of text.
