Hi

Thanks for getting in touch.

As we rely on WebGL it should run on almost any hardware, windows, mac, AMD, nVidia etc.  However we have seen this white screen before when the graphics card is being used quite heavily. By any chance were you running other graphic heavy programs?  Could you try again, but this time just run one Chrome tab only, with Fusion 360 browser - to see if it might be related to that?

Please let us know how it goes.

Thanks

Jason

Browser version is working well.

Thanks for the update, that is good to hear.

If you do find it happens again, just check what else you have running, as it might point to a graphics card memory issue. You would then need to close Chrome to free up more memory, and then start Fusion Browser once more.

Thanks again

Hi

Sorry to hear you have encountered this. It looks like it is a hardware problem.

I can only try offering some suggestions at this point:

Can you try running Fusion browser in Firefox to compare?

Close Inventor (if it is running) and then can you try running just one tab in Chrome of Fusion Browser.

Can you try rebooting and opening just one - either Inventor or Fusion Browser

Lastly, can you try uninstalling Inventor, rebooting, and trying again?

Let us know how you get on.
