Sketch view

Whenever you return to editing the sketch, Fusion changes the view to the orthographic camera on the plane on which the sketch creation began. If it is a 3D sketch, it is very disturbing to set the perspective view again. Often, even when you edit a 2D sketch, you want to see it as 3D.

Is it possible to disable view change when returning to sketch editing?

If I am reading your question correctly, you can accomplish what you desire by going your preferences and "removing" the check on the box indicated below.  This will affect both beginning a new sketch and when you edit one.
