Non-Linear Analysis Failure

Hi,  

I'm trying to run a non-linear analysis on a somewhat complex assembly.  I keep getting "Insufficient space allocation" errors.  I have reduced the Mesh from over 1million nodes down to 95k nodes and still keep getting the error.  The model solves fine on a Linear stress analysis.

I have attached latest log.  Hopefully someone can give me some I idea what I need to do to correct this issue.

I agree the ~96k node count in the log file doesn't seem like it should max out the capacity.
If possible, please send the model I can have the solver team take a look. hughDOThendersonATautodesk.com
