Pulling a custom button shape from a cutout in Form, rounding out?

I am having a problem with the form tool, and hope someone could help me out.

I have a custom shape that is a very simple cylinder. I have thickened it, and then cut out a button shape. When I cut out the faces, the hole was automatically rounded out. I like the look of this hole, but when I copied the faces that I removed, they have 90 degree sides, not rounded like the hole. How can I keep the hole design on the cutout faces?

Thanks a lot! Attached are screenshots and the file.

If I am understanding your question, this is a Surface Problem.  Take a look at the Screencast to see the process.  What you end up with is the "button shape" body (plug) taken from the cutout.  You could have created a component if you desire.  The screen capture below is a view of the body from the inside, showing the tapered sides.
