Sculpt: Edit Pipe segments not working

Hello,
I'm facing a problem where I can't change the segments of a pipe. I Also tried to apply the segment settings and edit the pipe feature afterwards. There is still no manipulator to change the segments. By the way: I think it would be better to have explicit numbers of segments to apply instead of "more" or "fewer".
The screenshot should explain the issue.

I just tested this, and I see the full dialog when editing a pipe section:

Can you post a screencast showing what you see?  It seems like this could be a graphics problem with your system

Update: 
After restarting several times, the slider is now back again. The first restart didn't help so I didn't know what else to do. Anyway, its working again now. Thanks
